I think I would have more of a sociocultural plus congitive perspective, because I feel that the way people are raised influences the way they think and act. This is both a mixture of cognitive and perspective standpoints.
I would take a multi-respective approach and combine biological, cognitive and a little psychodynamic because I have to look at different things in different lights.
Now, have another think and post again in a way that raises questions, challenges, or shows observations, more insight, critical thinking or deeper comprehension.
Hint: You may want to do a bit of outside reading as well.
So I tried to look for the internet source of this 'psychological perspective' and after reading this article, I kind of started to have stand point in biological perspective Try this site!!!
I feel that I'm both a sociocultural and learning because i believe that a person is who they are from their environment. Even if they come from a great environment they still had to make decisions to further their future. But its aways good to observe what goings on and taking note while learning life lessons.
i seem to go with sociocultural, because nowadays everything we do instantly effects us. back in flintstone days humans learned it may have taken them some time but thats how we discrimanate today because we have to decide faster in order to survive. since we have all these ads and mass media engolfing us at all times we no longer thing as deeply as we norlly would have because we seen it before so we no longer think and now we just follow what has been set up on the plate for us.
I really think that the way humans act and feel is a representation of the combination of each psycological perspective. If I had to choose one I think I would choose the learning perspective. What we learn through our interactions, education and environment directly effect our actions on a daily basis. I do believe that other influences such as hormones have a great effect on our actions in a subconscious way, but if we have to choose one then i feel that the learning perspective is responsible for a great deal of our psychological make up.
I like to take a bit of everything in to consideration, but what I MOST subscribe to is the biological perspective. It seems to be the most reliable because there are certain aspects that can be traced and made into quantitative data based on science and reasoning.
I believe in the learning perspective. That for me is the most assuring way to look at things, instead of taking a stance on predetermined ideas, one can make new ideas with the different situations the subject is placed in. i.e. someone's comfort level around certain people and why.
It was hard to choose, but I'd have to go with the biological perspective. Yes, I do still believe the environment has a lot of influence on our thoughts and actions, however, it's our genetics that cause us to react to things in certain ways. Some peoples' tempers flare more than others. Some people can hold things in while others have to shout them out to the world. And on and on. All 5 are important factors, but in the end it all really comes down to your biological makeup.
I am a firm believer that we are the product of our culture. It is difficult to separate from the culture that surrounds you. I think I would have to identify with sociocultural perspective. Everyday we are absorbing new ideas and learned information, making us sponges to new material which shape our behavior daily.

personally i would have the Biological stand point mostly, but combinations of multiple perspectives just explains a lot more.

Good start.

I feel like this hard for me to decide between biological and sociocultural, but if I had to pick, I think I'd most align with biological.

I would have to say that I definitely have a cognitive perspective. My thoughts and interprations of things strongly affect the choices I make.
