Racial Bias (Week 8)

When that guest speaker came to class a few weeks ago and spoke to us about what she does and what her company does, Kevin asked a good question concerning the gender/race of those animated operators. Or whatever they were. But yeah, I personally think it makes a difference. It reminded me of law episodes on tv where the accused has a brain scan taken and they're flashed images of white people, african americans, puerto ricans, etc and as its being done, certain parts of the brain light up at each image. Check out one article that I found on it. Keep in mind that no, just because you react differently towards a certain race doesnt mean you are a racist.
