In this article that I read, I found it interesting to learn and see how mediators and people like us, deal with FAE on a daily basis and most of the time don't even know it. We constantly see if not comit to blaming others of situations that were beyond their control. It's almost a natural, immediate instinct to blame someone or something without further investigating what may have caused the action, for example. The article also explains how FAE is commited on acts of assumption, as well as blame.
It explains that as a mediator, in their field, these people need to overlook and understand any biases and motivations as they work closely with their client. I think it's an interesting article to read because it brings up common examples of situations that may occur often to certain people and explains why FAE had occured.
