Personality can not change in a day and even overnight but spirituality can.
"A spiritual person is one who submits his thoughts, opinions, and actions to direction by the Most High God, Jehovah. He takes his Creator into consideration when making daily decisions, establishing goals, or setting priorities in life."
If the person is truly spiritual, he or she'd have an abundance of God's holy spirit. And when the fruitage of the holy spirit fully manifests itself in the person. do you think you can ask for somebody with a better personality?

Spirituality is the level f your belief in god. Religion can be the study or the believe in god. Spirituality is looked upon as after death or just the thought the mind takes when it thinks happens after one dies. This can be question but when the mind goes does your soul go with it ?
