Language development
Chomsky came to believe that language depended on biological readiness, and social experience. During the first few years of life children need exposure to language and opportunities to practice their linguistic skills, it is beleived that the first few years, or even the fist decade of a child'd ife is crucial to it development. Chomksky believed that language was innate, that even without having heard a langauge before a child could still develop this language, perhaps not as properly on its own. I dont think I agree with this, the child to me would not be able to understand anyone in its own society.
